Citation vs. Reference #23

Hi @teixeirak,

Would you like me to standardize each README so that it has the same language/format for citations (akin to what we did for the CO2 data), or should I limit myself to modifying the extent README, as I did here so that the necessary information is relayed, just in a different format?

Regarding citation vs reference, either is fine, but good to standardize one way or the other

Cool - thanks for letting me know. I'm working on updating links this afternoon, and as I look at more pages I'll decide which approach makes more sense given what the current status of reference sections is/is not.
