Added climate variable codes to README #4

Hello @ValentineHerr, my name is Albert and I am an assistant professor of Statistical and Data Sciences at Smith College. I'm not sure if KAT or EGA have informed you yet, but I will joining SCBI towards June as a visiting scholar to hopefully contribute to the various projects you are all working on.

I'm going over the contents of all your repos to familiarize myself with your work, in particular to improve my understanding of any ecological context given that I'm not formally trained as an ecologist. I was wondering if you would be open to the occasional pull request adding documentation.

For example, I was going over your use of the climwin package in ForestGEO-climate-sensitivity/scripts/exploring_climwin_with SCBI_cores.R and I didn't know what any of the climate codes meant. I figured this README would be the most logical place to add descriptions of what they meant.

Please let me know if this interferes with your workflow or if there is a different workflow you would prefer. Many thanks.
