Reflect simpler modularity: Fix DESCRIPTION, README, docs/ and tests.

Grouped analyses make it easier to refactor interdependent functions.
Less fgeo packages avoid too many requests to GitHub when installing -- thus avoiding reaching rate limit.
Simpler structure should be easier to reason about.
