Add dependency to mixture #9

This is for #5. @mfp do you want to test it, so that it is double-checked?

Just verified opam does install it correctly (after the mixture 0.2.0 dependency).

BTW, I'm using a git pin (opam pin -k git add rashell local/path#branch), so I had to patch opam/opam to add the ["autoconf"] line. I can see you closed #2 by documenting the need to run autoconf manually before the local pin, but that applies neither to git pins nor to installs via the regular OPAM repository (you'd still need to make sure the configure script is included in the tarball).
