RSS or ATOM syndication feeds for the forums.

Here's a link to the latest version of the RSS specification.

Here's the rfc for the ATOM specification.

Work that needs to be done is pulling the right info, and making the feed
pull the db info dynamically (probably php?). The framework is pretty
straight forward for single entries.

do we really need both rss and atom?

we've agreed on a freshie feed, to start with.

we need to make this better. the rss feed needs to link to the thread page 
(jumping
to the correct post) or to the profile page--not just the revision browser.
