bug: window resizing, lagging on popups in brave #351

(1) Issue/Bug Description/Video Capture/Screenshots

When i get any pop up on brave (f.e. using youtube, tradingview), window is trying to resize(flickering, jumping) back and forth. Not sure if it is brave related, it definitely didnt happen before, only since couple weeks. Screenshot from 2024-02-14 20-12-15

(2) Steps to reproduce

  1. Using newest Brave and youtube, press F7 while you watching a video.

Hey there. We had not any release since November last year. Did you recently updated GNOME?
