Add link to legend options #232

http://forio.com/contour/documentation.html#core_config/config.legend has options on configuring the legend, but the first top-level item called "legend" doesn't. People aren't scrolling to the second option and are giving up after not finding anything on the first.

This isn't specific to config.legend. For instance, config.xAxis and config.xAxis.labels are exactly the same way.

EDIT: never mind, I misunderstood
