outerRangePadding property docs seems misleading #240

Right now the documentation states that the xAxis outerRangePadding property works only on column visualizations, but it also works with bar visualizations (which are basically column visualizations with the axis inverted). I don't know if this is implied or something like that, but at least in my case I dismissed the property to not work with bar visualizations until I tried it out of curiosity.

This could be the case with innerRangePadding too, but I haven't tried.

I'm running version 1.0.1.

Confirmed that both outerRangePadding and innerRangePadding work on both column and bar charts.
