Integration with IJulia #140

I'm not sure how feasible it is (since I'm not really familiar with either IPython or QtCreator), but it would be nice some kind of integration with IJulia, even if it's just something like "Open an IJulia kernel that loads this code".

Maybe you could even bundle the needed libraries/etc together, if there are no licensing troubles.
