Winston package error on windows

Hello

I am trying Julia on windows 8. For some things it works very well. Others it does not. I get an error when trying to install Winston on windows 8, Julia studio 64bit The problem reside in "libCURL" and "Cario" packages as you can read below. Did some googling about this error and it was reported somewere earlier and a solution was hacked.

I am using

Julia Studio 0.4.4 Based on Qt 5.1.1 (64 bit) Built on Jan 22 2014 at 11:15:23
