Open in BBEdit, IntelliJ, etc. #1463

On macOS, the Open in toolbar button menu seems to automatically recognize various editors and IDEs like Sublime Text and Visual Studio Code, but not others that are installed on the local system, like BBEdit or IntelliJ IDEA.

I realize it may not be practical for Fork to recognize all of the various editors or IDEs that users may have installed, but it would be good if there was at least some way to select which tools to show in this menu, or manually add others that Fork doesn't automatically recognize.

The Integration preferences allow users to set their preferred diff & merge tools, so this might be a good place to configure a favorite editor as well.

I would love to be able to select from my Applications folder(s) which applications can open a folder, and which can open a file, and have these show up inside the Open In menu in Fork! And I wonder if the Jetbrains applications could make it into the default options?

I would also like to see "Open in IntelliJ". I have added this as a custom command but if it were possible to find the closest project for a file and then open the project & file that would be great.
