[Bug] Branch search does not scroll to top (possibly easy fix) #1988

When the sidebar is packed with many branches, too many to show them all without scrolling, the following happens:

  1. In the branch sidebar, scroll down e.g. to the very end.
  2. Search for a branch which is not visible but above the visible area of the sidebar.
  3. The results sidebar is empty, you have to explicitly scroll up to view the maches.

It's pretty easy to reproduce, however, if need be, I can add a short video to this issue... just let me know.

This issue is still present in Version 2.44.2. When having a scrollable list of branches and searching/filtering them the scroll isn't adjusted when there are no more items visible.
