[Bug] File dialog is not HiDPI-savvy on Windows #2006

On Windows 10 with HiDPI display, when I select 'Init New Repository...' or 'Open Repository' under 'File' menu, the file dialog is shown at 100% scaling. Main window and other dialogs such as Preferences have no issue. Just file open dialog.
