Feature Request: allow pull --tags --force

When I needed this functionality, I added it as a custom repository command, which worked out nicely.

Can I vote that this is implemented as a toggle-able feature for fetching as well?

I'd hate for custom commands to be required to augment common things in git such as tags being moved around via CI etc.

Feature request:

• Add a checkbox in Settings under "Always include tags into fetch": Force fetch tags

Optional:

• Radio items under the setting for Automatically / Always ask
