interactive rebase ui exits after small period of time #2107

when using "interactive rebase" feature, the showing dialog disappears after a round about 5 mins and continuing the rebase process. All changes made by user are lost, the interruption occurs in the middle of the process.

In 2.42 we increased the timeout to 15 minutes
