[Feature Request] Open and manage a repository over SSH or SFTP to remote host.

I find myself doing more remote development and using IDE such as VS Code or Jetbrains and using their remote development features. I would prefer to use Fork for managing git repos remotely instead of using VS Code or Jetbrains built-in git support.
