When the Fork window is maximized and when we try to close the window by quickly moving to the top right corner, the mouse control is not handled and is ignored, thus resulting in mouse clicks that doesn't close the window as expected.
The expectation would be for Fork to handle the mouse events even when it is at the extreme top-right corner.
