Already available via an add-on called "Video Background Play Fix". Works very well.

Reading Mode

If we're talking about the same thing, this is already natively supported. Go to a site with articles (Like cnn.com), click on any article, and then from the article page click the little "page" icon that appears in the URL bar. Then you are viewing the article in "reading mode"- I think. If reading mode means what I think it means, that is. :) It definitely does something that makes the page more readable. :)

倍速支持

觀看視頻的網站通常可以從選項中直接調整倍速，也可以安裝 Violentmonkey 後再去 Greasy Fork 找腳本來安裝。

后台播放

直接去附加元件安裝 Video Background Play Fix 就可以了。

视频下载

安裝 Violentmonkey 後再去 Greasy Fork 找腳本來安裝就可以下載視頻。

自动转码

和上面一樣，自己安裝腳本就可以了。

阅读模式

Iceraven 已經有這個功能，在可以使用的文章頁面，網址列右邊會出現閱讀模式的圖示 📄，點一下就可以切換到閱讀模式。

As I mentioned above, some of the features can be added by the user by doing those steps.

The only features that cannot be added by the user are:

视频悬浮

(Floating video)

and

小窗播放

(Small window video play, this means playing videos on top of other apps?)
