Number of homepage 'sheets'

IIRC, the greater number of home screen pages or sheets with shortcuts and frequently visited websites was added to Iceraven as a feature relatively early on because people were requesting it and official Firefox didn't have it. I'm not sure if it was one of those things that Firefox had through version 68 and dropped on version 69, causing people to ask if Iceraven could bring it back, or if it was just a frequently requested new feature that was added to Iceraven that Firefox never had.

Either way, though I can't say that I go through past the first few pages all that frequently, I view it being there as a plus because it's there when I want it. If there were an option to have a more limited number of pages or the current eight, I'd personally choose to keep eight.

It's also an Iceraven distinctive that the official Firefoxes and their forks don't have, as far as I know. Distinctives are good.

Adding an user option to limit it to a lower number of pages, for users who want fewer pages, would be fine in my book, as long as it's a user option to lower it, with everyone getting to choose for themselves what they want on their personal installation, and not a code change to eliminate the ability of anyone to keep the eight pages some of us know and love. :) Options are good. Getting rid of features is bad. :) That's my 2 cents, anyway.

I'm not sure I understand what the downside of of having eight screens is if you only use four. Just don't swipe past the last one you want to see. :) But everyone is entitled to their own preferences. :)
