Disable Reader button not working #798

In about:config there is a string 'reader.parse-on-load.enabled'. If set to false, reader mode shouldnt appear as an option.

However it does. Can you implement a Settings toggle to enable/disable Reader?

It's frustrating that you may have typed something long, you need to reference another tab and you accidentally hit Reader and lose everything you typed on the page.
