Allow users to add custom tokens #3

Users must be able to add custom tokens. The user must input token contract address and token name to add the token. The application must store the token information on the client-side and include the custom token in the ticker list.

Is this intended to be clienstide-only for that user, saved on localstorage?

Yeah, localStorage would do!
