Host ForkDelta on IPFS #3

Rationale:

  1. No server costs.
  2. Infinite scaling.
  3. Massively increased user trust by enabling signature verification of that the code on the website matches the publicly reviewable code on Github.
  4. Increased protection from MITM and impersonation attacks due to (3).

My current IPFS POC (http://zaptremworld.com/) relies on the public IPFS gateway for all of its bandwidth needs. In the far future (if there is significant demand for ForkDelta), it might be better both for the performance of the site and the health of the IPFS network if we direct the domain name toward a simple page that starts a JavaScript IPFS node and connects to the site through this internal node. That way, every user of ForkDelta would themselves be contributing to the network.
