The White Paper at the ICO page explains the circumstances. It is a result of Intequinism, one of the most important products of Africahead. If ForkDelta can put Africahead in contact with independent reviewers, who can accept payment in AFA for their work, it will be highly appreciated. @mdpienaar your statement ; "The token represents 48% of the brand value of Africahead, as interface between the public and Africahead; the public, by trading the token, values the brand up or down." Does this mean the token holders have a stake in the company, do they get to vote? How the other 52% of the company have been distributed, are they actual shares of a company? Why is all the information regarding the webiste redacted? Usually businesses have no trouble displaying that it is they, who own their domain. Censorship is hardly an obstacle for evaluating the validity of the token, it takes a few e-mails to get the code to a reputable company for their evaluation. Maybe you should consider paying them in ETH, as all can agree that token is worth taking in payment?

@forkdelta your questions about my statements refer:

My statement: "The token represents 48% of the brand value of Africahead, as interface between the public and Africahead; the public, by trading the token, values the brand up or down."

Your question: Does this mean the token holders have a stake in the company, do they get to vote?

My answer: No they do not have the right to vote. They "vote" by selling or buying AFA. If they think the price of AFA (determined by 48% of the brand value of Africahead) will go up, then they will buy. If they think the price will go down then they will sell, or make a counter offer to buy AFA at a lower price than the current offer price of 25 USD value per AFA token. "Ipparts", the indivisible parts of AFA tokens, is a new type of "investment", not based on profits and interest. Securities with voting rights are based on profits, dividends and interest. The brand value is determined by primarily the goodwill, copyrights and trademark values of Africahead. Opinions about what will happen with the brand value of Africahead in the future, will affect the current value, as a limited supply of only 2'500'000 ipparts (25'000 AFA tokens) or less, will be issued during the ICO.

Your question: How the other 52% of the company have been distributed, are they actual shares of a company?

My answer: The equity (what you call "shares"), has 52% of the brand value, since 15 October 2018 when a cession of the Africahead brand value, to Moiom Close Corporation t/a Africahead became effective. The cession took effect when the first Africahead Ipparts (AFA) were sold. Africahead is a close corporation (similar to a limited company) registered in South Africa at the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). The registration number of Moiom Close Corporation is 1999/054573/23. The CIPC handles registrations of companies, close corporations and Intellectual Property. In the White Paper a proposal is also made to sell some of the equity. That will be a "closer" transaction, because buyers of equity will also buy voting rights according to the Close Corporations Act of South Africa. If that happens the equity stakes will be different. With regard to AFA: Let's say someone buys 100 AFA then s/he buys (100/25'000) x 48% X Africahead brand value. The % bought by her/him could eventually be higher, if 500'000 USD value will have been raised before all of the 25'000 AFA available for the ICO, will have been sold/issued.

Your question: Why is all the information regarding the website redacted? Usually businesses have no trouble displaying that it is they, who own their domain.

My answer: That happened automatically after the European laws were passed about information on the Internet. They passed laws, which give more privacy to users of the Internet. I think, because South Africa is influenced by Europe, governors in South Africa decided to follow Europe with regard to privacy. I will find out about this at the business, which hosts the websites (africahead.co.za, fonetones.co.za and sastrust.org) on their servers. Moiom Close Corporation t/a as Africahead owns the three websites.

Your statement: Censorship is hardly an obstacle for evaluating the validity of the token, it takes a few e-mails to get the code to a reputable company for their evaluation. Maybe you should consider paying them in ETH, as all can agree that token is worth taking in payment?

My answer: Thank you for giving your opinion.

With regard to the question about why the africahead.co.za website is "redacted" i received the following answer from imaginet.co.za, the business, which hosts the website on their server:

"In regards to the question you posted, the reason all of WHOIS information is not shown is due to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legal changes. Please refer to the link below:

https://www.registry.net.za/content.php?gen=1&contentid=228&title=SA%C3%A2%E2%82%AC%E2%84%A2S+ZACR+PREPARES+FOR+EU+DATA+PROTECTION+REGULATIONS

We, unfortunately, have no control over this. If yourself or your colleague have objections towards this, you will need to take it up directly with the ZA Central Registry. I will list there contact info below:

https://www.registry.net.za/contact.php

The ZACR is the government entity that controls and regulates all South African domain registrations.

Should you have any further queries in this regard, please feel free to contact us."

I added some changes. Could you please review the application and let me know what is outstanding if you do not approve a listing?

On 15 October 2018 the first Africahead Ipparts were sold, which activated a cession of the Africahead brand from me to Moiom Close Corporation t/a Africahead. The cession was mentioned in the White Paper as taking effect when the first holder of AFA buys AFA. 48% of the Africahead brand is now represented by about 25'000 Africahead Ipparts (AFA) tokens (2'500'000 ipparts), which will be sold during the ICO. The 48% will 'never' be sold in another form than AFA tokens. Statistics about the holdings can be viewed at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o1f36p5JBVqqj7n67U6Wnzslb_mSP0D1cPQHIPUxF2M/edit?usp=sharing

3 media links to independent 3rd parties were added.

The Africahead Ipparts (AFA) project expanded as follows:

Moiom (MIM) utility token was added. Webpage: https://africahead.co.za/Africahead/Moiom.html

Ipparts Exchange (IPPAEX), a new cryptocurrency exchange, where brand tokens can be listed was added. Webpage: https://africahead.co.za/Africahead/IppartsExchange.html

The application to list AFA on Forkdelta, now includes another application, to list MIM as well.
