Add Genevieve Exchange (GXE) #1671

Looks like we already have the Genevieve Exchange token: https://github.com/forkdelta/tokenbase/blob/dea2a54b99b6ed37bf8c18e2a0f775a1f06e2884/tokens/0x22f0af8d78851b72ee799e05f54a77001586b18a.yaml. This, then, should be a token update.

Never mind, these are two different tokens:

That is a completely different token. GXVC is a different token with a different contract address.

GXE is a different token with a different purpose.
