Shuffle Token #2865

Description: All tokens were distributed from a ETH snapshot on August 01, 2019. Then announced and released August 7th, people were able to redeem and claim, any amount was honored and cap at 1500 tokens per ETH account. 1% every move goes randomly to 1 of the top 512 addresses & 1% every move gets burned to 0x0000...000.

Also there was 2 problems in initial distribution so it had to be redone twice to fix the error and repay the first participants, hence why it is v3.
