Close #145 This patch is taken from nagram/nekox, I tested with 12 accounts and works without issue. I don't know is really unlimited, I think over 32 accounts something strange could happen. If someone can test good. I will try to improve it. Sure now no limit until 3 or 5 if premium.

Hi, sorry, I'm not ready to merge ~400 lines of changes across 59 files.

Hi, thank you for your reply. The changes are simple. Mainly it's 2 changes repeated in all files. Because telegram used the same code for MAX_ACCOUNT. PR is easy to review.
