Feature Request: Always allow to download images #235

Hello,

Telegram unfortunately has the option to activate "Restrict saving content" for channels. This means that it is no longer possible to download images in channels. I would like this to be possible anyway.

Also for videos on restricted channels. And allow forwarding as well.
