Fixed memory leak #668

Fixed magic number use in FileManager. Fixed handling of file handles in FPP Play File FSM to prevent a memory leak. Removed dist.zip from src code.

dist.zip was included again.

I had removed dist.zip on my branch on my PC but forgot to push it to github. Has now been pushed
