I want to reference this program in a publication. How should I cite it?

We are writing a manuscript but it isn't published yet. We also don't have a digital object identifier as suggested by #75. For now, you could point to the github repository https://github.com/forlilab/meeko, either directly in the text or as a regular reference/citation. Thank you for checking!
