Frex on Android 2.3.3 terminates unexpectedly on orienation changes #3

Observed on Android 2.3.3 only.

Reproduce:
1. Zoom into fractal so that it is regenerated
2. While it is computing, change device's orientation
3. Frex crashes

On orienation changes the fractal shall simply be regenarated, or  orienation 
changes shall be disabled.

On Android 2.3 devices, Frex now ignores orientation changes. Android 4.x works 
fine.
