get working in express with a separate locale per request #1

cd examples/express
npm i
npm start
visit http://localhost:3000/ and see that the locale set in the middleware has been taken into consideration

@caridy @erif @apipkin Could I get some feedback on this? I'd like to merge this in and keep it up-to-date with the API changes we've been talking about.

Closing this PR, since it (express example) is getting confused with the separate task of updating the API.
