About use existed species for Augustus. #4

Hi,

For Augustus, is there a way to use existed species to perform prediction? In some cases, we have already got a braker3-trained species which perform well.

Hi, Currently there is no way to input a custom Augustus training file into FLAG. However, what you can do is build the container and build it with you training file in the container and then call it within FLAG. You'd have to have a little docker knowledge and know where the file goes but that's the current best method for this.
