The alignment type "other" refers to reads mapping to the vector plasmid but not canonically, including tandem reads, unclassified reads, and unexpected vector types. These are reads from the vector plasmid, and that should be made clear in the display.
In Table 1, use the display name "other-vector" for "other" and list it just after ssAAV/scAAV.
In Table 2, also list "other-vector" after ssAAV/scAAV. (We'll address the unexpected vector type in a later milestone.)
Retitle Table 2 to: "Frequency of assigned AAV types" (or "vector types"?)
