The display of "ssAAV" and "scAAV" together in the same report is misleading; one of these will always be noncanonical depending on the vector design (given vector_type), and should instead be reported as "other-vector".
Given vector_type of ssAAV or scAAV, reassign the non-matching type (scAAV or ssAAV, respectively) to "other-vector" for display in the report.
In the code and TSVs, use a "strandedness" or "polarity" column to distinguish the alignment characteristics (e.g. "+/-") from the reported classification -- see #32 and #29.
As a consequence, Tables 1 and 2 will only show one of "ssAAV" or "scAAV", but not both, along with "other-vector".
