chore: Remove colorSelector component

What does this PR do?

There was some usage of ColorSelector component, that was just a wrapper around ColorPicker. So replaced usage of ColorSelector with ColorPicker

Initially ui/ColorPicker/index.tsx contained two components ColorPicker and PopoverPicker, so moved PopoverPicker to components folder

Fixes https://github.com/formbricks/internal/issues/222
