What does this PR do?

This pull request adds an example .env file with a variable, CUSTOM_CACHE_DISABLED. This variable is necessary to prevent errors when deploying the application on Vercel. Specifically, I have added CUSTOM_CACHE_DISABLED to the .env.example file and updated the documentation accordingly.
