What changed?

https://github.com/formio/formio.js/commit/30029bb00f64ba3fca7056919d038e5eba4a4f69 looks to have resolved tests in the master branch, while breaking some of the tests in the 4.19.x branch. I've reverted most of the changes in this commit to resolve the failures.
