Adding Multi-Language toggle support #13

I included a "language" property on the Form to dynamically change it. I was not sure if it was better to just use the options object and give a 'defaultLanguage' property...but at least in the Formio they just go a change directly the instance of the class like I did.

Looks good! I would like to get @randallknutson thoughts on this, but we will include this in the next release.
