Hello! Another upgrade to Vue 3 PR based on feature/vue-3-upgrade, but with the merge conflicts with master resolved. The conflicts were caused by the changes in https://github.com/formio/vue-formio/commit/1f58b46886bd39c9404438baf165523114ae9b2e, I've merged in the namespace error fixes to the branch
