Adds missing attribute 'describedBy' inside 'FormKitFrameworkContext' interface. #1303

I saw that the describedBy is missing in the FormKitFrameworkContext interface and I think also related to custom input it's imported to mention that this should be added to build the relation. At least I didn't find something in the current custom input area from the documentation.
