Improve Dungeoneer Battle System

The Dungeoneer battle system is relatively basic right now. For example, there's no way to see the Status of the current battle.

So this issue is open in an attempt to help me focus more on improving Dungeoneer and not accidentally creating an entire Server Tagging and Permissions system from scratch to rectify one particular issue.

The end goal of this Issue is pretty vague but some guidelines never hurt:

• Display more information when a Battle is happening, such as the Power of the Player and the Monster
• Provide an in-depth Status screen system to get an idea of what's going on
• Integrate supporters and antagonists to the fray
• FINALLY GET ITEMS WORKING

The last one is probably a bigger ask and, to be quite frank, I know this issue alone won't solve that as there's a huge amount of thought that needs to go into this process.

So a few things have changed with this ticket since I started it:

1. Dungeoneer has now been aliased with the d command.
2. The permissions system now supports doing groups of commands, since Dungeoneer is a main group (with an alias).
3. There is now mobs with weapons and loot. The Encounter does not currently support picking up loot, yet.
