official angular-formly-templates-lumx #1

Hi @ShMcK. Way awesome library! Thanks for the email letting me know about it's existence. How would you like to make it an official formly repository at formly-js/angular-formly-templates-lumx? It could be adopted into the formly-js organization and we'd obviously let you maintain control over the repo itself.

Either way, I'd like to add a link to the formly readme if that's alright with you. Looks pretty awesome. Thanks!

So certainly, let's make angular-formly-templates-lumx an official formly-js repo with a link. Sounds great!
