4 years ago Hmm, that's a concern. Try editing your form field (Forms -> Edit Form -> Fields tab -> Edit field modal) and checking the settings on the field. Do the paths and settings all look ok? What about file types and size, is the file you're uploaded an acceptable type and size? It may be worth checking your PHP error logs too to see if there were any problems that occurred behind the scenes.

It seems to have been related to the upgrade and the core file types issue. Even though I had removed that folder from the modules directory, the software still thinks it’s installed?
Here’s what I did to resolve it:
1) I reinstalled my older version of Formtools (3.0.8); 2) With that in place, I was able to check the modules page where I found a warning about deleting the core file types directory 3) There was no directory, but I was able to click the “Uninstall” link; 4) I reinstalled the Formtools 3.0.15 update; 5) Everything’s working!
I’m guessing that the core file types is referenced in the database somehow?

I recently updated from 3.0.8 to 3.0.15. Now I cannot upload images. If I attach an image to a record and update the record I get the blue success box, but the image file is not uploaded and the file name is removed from the file field. There are no errors generated as far as I can see.
