error 403 when try to open admin page to log into formtools from domain #642

It appears you don't have permission to access this page. 403 Error. Forbidden.

WhatsApp Image 2019-10-25 at 8 02 10 PM even, when i tried to access the index.php under install folder. Its freezing now. However, everything was working fine in the previous build in 3.19.

Hi @batmanbegins, sorry for not responding sooner - I've been out of town for a while.

Did you get this solved? There wasn't really any changes I can think of in 3.0.20 that could have caused this. Possibly there was a problem uploading the files?

I'd start with the PHP and Apache error logs and see if there's anything useful in them that can give a clue as to what's going on.
