I'm receiving a 500 error and I can't for the life of me figure out why. In two different locations, and I'm sure more areas as well. I'm hoping someone can offer me a hand.
(1) When I select the "UPGRADE" link from an upgradeable; or
(2) After completing the Form Builder, then testing the form and selecting the "Continue" button to continue to the "Review" screen
Any help is appreciated, I have built other forms and they all seem to be functioning without issue.
