Based on your message, this sounds like something you should raise to your Form Tools administrator as I am not sure what you mean by EU Portal (I think this is what your Form Tools instance is called in your organization).
If you are the Form Tools Administrator, can you please provide your Core Version (go to Settings in your Admin Panel's left hand menu while logged in as the Administrator and you'll see Core Version at the top).
