Our non profit records system has 900 clients (volunteers) but many have passed/moved or are inactive. There are three client status - Active - Pending - Disabled. Only those Active can log in and see records. Each Client record has a Volunteer ID as well as the system record # . How can we list only the "active" ID# when in a form?
At present all 900 are in the dropdown but we only have around 90 actve volunteers? Very cumbersome.
Also is there any way to systemise getting the individuals Volunteer# automatically into a form field if they are individually looking/editing a form they have just accessed. Of course it will only be saved after Update.
I found if I delete a disabled Client - then all records associated with that volunteer are deleted - lost for ever. Do not want to do that.
