Displaying Radio Buttons Meeting Specific Criteria

First, let me start off by saying Formtools is invaluable to our organization, which is a non-profit and always looking for ways to save money. We've found it quite handy, especially during this pandemic.

I would like to be able to display radio buttons, drop-downs, etc. only if the option meets specific criteria for display. For Example:

-- Food Types Table --
Food Name     Food Category
Chicken       Poultry
Banana        Fruit
Apple         Fruit

The drop-down, radio button or what-have-you will only display food names from a specific food category from the Food Types Table.

Where I really need to use this is in a list of Management employees

Manager Name     Status
Joe Smith        Active
Frank Jones      Active
John Doe        Inactive

That way the form will only display a list of "Active" managers, but I see so many possibilities if I can just figure this out -- with your help of course.
