Unable to change published form path to custom path #867

I am unable to change the default path of the published form from /modules/form_builder/published/ to my custom path, example: /rooturlpath/forms. Tried searching the documents and issues as well, but to no avail.

Edit: I can publish to a new location, but the same form is not showing any option to edit the path.

Kindly help. :)
