Deleting Published form: The requested URL /admin/forms/edit/edit.php was not found on this server. #3

Testing out a few forms - I went to delete a published form I was testing and I got the 'ol 404! Form > Publish > X The requested URL /admin/forms/edit/edit.php was not found on this server.
